Our Team

Norm started his career working for his father, Siegfried Zielke. When Seigfried retired in 1984, Norm went out on his own and incorporated his business as Norman Zielke Residential Builder Inc. in 2003. Norm embodies the values of hard work, high quality attention to detail and personal service through his work that have defined the reputation of NZRB.

Adam started his career playing on sand piles on Norm’s job sites as a child and was promoted to laborer when not in school. Basic building and carpentry skills were developed through working holiday breaks and summers. Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and worked in the commercial construction industry for 5 years. He returned to Southwest Michigan in 2012 to work for Norm and continue the proud family tradition of building homes.

Dale started young on the same career track as Adam, developing general construction and carpentry skills through years of practice and training that can only be experienced on the job. Dale also received a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in his greatest passion, Fisheries and Wildlife.
